Yes. FLOWN offers Accountability Groups. Small, supportive, structured groups designed to help you stay focused, build momentum, and make real progress.

What are Accountability Groups?

Accountability Groups run over six weeks and include 4-6 people, led by a qualified FLOWN coach or facilitator. You’ll get:

  • Weekly live check-ins to review progress and plan what’s ahead

  • Mid-week support to help you stay on track

  • Strategies and techniques to help you work through your goals

These groups are part of FLOWN+ and are meant to bring structure, connection, and accountability into your work.

Group vs One-to-One Coaching

Here is what’s different between joining a group coaching setting vs having one-to-one coaching:

Feature

One-to-One Coaching

Accountability Groups

Personal attention

Entirely focused on your individual goals

Coach adapts to support all group members, each with their own goals

Cost

Higher investment per person

More cost-effective since cost is shared

Peer support

Mostly coach + you

Strong peer support; shared learning and motivation

Schedule

Flexible, arranged to suit your availability

Fixed weekly rhythm for the six weeks

Many members start with an Accountability Group to build momentum, and then shift into one-to-one coaching as they hone in on their personal growth.

How to join

You can browse upcoming groups and join directly from the FLOWN+ page.

When you sign up, you can choose to pay for the full six-week cycle in a single payment or split the cost across multiple payments.
