Go to the Flocks calendar

Click the 'book session' Calendar icon in the right-hand corner of the session you’d like to attend.

A Flock invite will be sent to the email address you have registered with FLOWN, with a link to your session.

If you have your email synced, the session will also appear in your personal calendar too.
