If you get disconnected from a Flock, you can rejoin the session via the FLOWN calendar.
Click on the camera icon next to the session, and press join once on the launchpad.
Alternatively, If you've already booked the session, you can seamlessly rejoin from your calendar or the email invitation you received.
Please note that there may be a delay prior to joining depending on the current activity during on the session.
