What happens if the host doesn't show up?

At FLOWN, we value timeliness and respect for everyone's schedules. As such, we expect hosts to be punctual and considerate toward their guests.

If a session host fails to appear within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled session, we encourage you to report the incident. You can do so by clicking on the chat icon located in the right-hand corner of the screen.

Your report will allow us to follow up on the situation and ensure you we have a consistent, positive experience for all members of the FLOWN community.
