If a session host fails to appear within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled session, we encourage you to report the incident. You can do so by clicking on the chat icon located in the right-hand corner of the screen.
Your report will allow us to follow up on the situation and ensure you we have a consistent, positive experience for all members of the FLOWN community.
