As the host, you have several options to handle disruptive participants - you can mute them, disable their camera or remove them from the session altogether.

  1. Navigate to the People tab located at the bottom of your screen. This will open a menu on the right side of your screen.

  2. Click the three dots button next to the disruptive participant's name.

  3. Choose the action you deem necessary - mute, disable camera, or remove the participant.

If a participant intentionally causes disruption with negative intent, you will need to report this to the FLOWN team.

Use the chat icon at the bottom of your screen and submit a report via the Community Sessions chat route.

If there's any chat history relevant to your report, you can download it from the chat tab using the download button.
