Unsubscribing from an iCal feed is a breeze, but the process depends on the calendar service you're using. Follow the steps below based on your calendar app to quickly and easily unsubscribe.

Unsubscribe using Apple Calendar (on an iPhone):

Method #1 (iOS >= 10)

  1. Open the Settings app and select 'Mail'

  2. Go to 'Accounts'

  3. Navigate to Subscribed Calendars

  4. Choose the calendar you wish to delete

  5. Tap ‘Delete Account’

  6. Confirm by tapping ‘Delete Account’ again

Method #2 (iOS >= 10)

  1. Launch the Calendar app

  2. Tap the "Calendars" link at the bottom of the screen

  3. Locate the calendar you want to remove and uncheck the checkbox to unsubscribe

  4. You might be able to delete the calendar as well. Tap the (i) at the right of the calendar title.

  5. Scroll down and select the 'Delete Calendar' button

  6. Confirm by tapping 'Delete Calendar' again

Old method (depends on your iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars

  3. Navigate to Subscribed Calendars

  4. Choose the calendar you wish to delete

  5. Tap ‘Delete Account’

  6. Confirm by tapping ‘Delete’ again

Unsubscribe using Apple Calendar (on a Mac):

  1. Open Apple Calendar

  2. Click on the Calendar button (top left-hand side) to show all your calendars

  3. Right-click on the calendar you wish to delete and select ‘Delete’

Unsubscribe using Google Calendar:

  1. Open Google Calendar, and on the left-hand side, find "Other Calendars"

  2. Click the arrow and select ‘Settings’

  3. Locate the calendar you wish to delete

  4. On the far right-hand side, select ‘Unsubscribe’

  5. Confirm by selecting ‘Unsubscribe’ again at the prompt

Unsubscribe using Outlook 2010:

  1. Go to the Calendar and find the list of calendars on the left-hand side

  2. Right-click on the calendar you wish to delete and click ‘Delete Calendar Name’ (or uncheck temporarily)

Unsubscribe using Outlook.com:

  1. Go to the Calendar and find the list of "Other calendars" on the left side

  2. Right-click on the calendar you wish to delete and click ‘Remove’ in the context menu

Unsubscribe using Yahoo Calendar:

  1. Go to the Calendar and find the list of "Other calendars" on the left side

  2. Hover the mouse over the calendar you wish to delete until an arrow appears on the right, then click the arrow

  3. Click the "Unfollow" link in the context menu

Note: You can unsubscribe from iCal feed calendars, but subscriptions are controlled by the calendar vendor or app you're using. FLOWN does not have the ability to unsubscribe for you.
