Welcome to FLOWN! We are thrilled you are joining our community that helps people weave deep work, focus and flow into their daily lives.

FLOWN operates a platform that provides its members with tools to focus, and to recharge their focus. This Agreement serves to safeguard the use and enjoyment of FLOWN by its members and partners.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION & ACCESS

By completing and submitting the membership registration form on our platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement. Your membership commences once your login has been created. You’ll use your login details to access the platform, and shouldn’t share these login details with anyone else.

Membership to FLOWN gives you access to FLOWN’s products and experiences. There are different tiers of access:

  • FLOWN Free - limited access to live sessions

  • FLOWN Full - unlimited access to live sessions

  • FLOWN+ - a set of add-ons to your FLOWN Full membership

These membership structures may change with time, and we may offer additional levels of membership, products and services in time.

If your employer, university or other organization is arranging and paying for your membership, you are an “Organization Member” of FLOWN. If you are arranging and paying for your own membership, you are a “Member”.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

It’s important for us to collect and store some personal information in order to deliver our products and services, and to provide you and others with a valuable membership experience. Your details will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you are an Organization Member, FLOWN may share information about your usage of the platform with your organisation.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

After your trial period, Member’s can stay on FLOWN Free or pay for FLOWN Full subscription on a monthly, quarterly or annually basis (as you choose), in advance. Member subscription fees are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, and a VAT invoice can be issued as requested.

Ongoing subscription fees shall automatically be due and taken from your credit card in line with your subscription type (monthly, quarterly or yearly).

In the event your card becomes declined, we’ll need you to update it, and pay for any uncollected amounts. We have the right to suspend your access to FLOWN until we have successfully charged a payment method.

Members can also upgrade at any time to Lifetime membership.

The subscription fees for Organization Members are paid by your organization. In the eventuality that your organization ceases to pay for your FLOWN Full Membership, your membership will transfer from Organization Member to Member, and you will be advised on how to continue your subscription.

4. REFERRAL SCHEMES AND DISCOUNTS

FLOWN rewards members who encourage others to sign up to FLOWN. This reward may be in the form of a complimentary extension of their membership plan, or such other discounts as advertised. These incentives can not be transferred or converted into a cash refund.

5. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

We hope that you enjoy FLOWN and all our products and services, but if you do wish to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time via the manage my subscription option on your profile, or by contacting the FLOWN Crew at least one week before your next subscription fee is due to be charged. You’ll continue to have access to FLOWN until the end of the current subscription cycle. All subscription fees paid to FLOWN should be considered final and non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with your payment, please contact FLOWN in line with our refund policy. Any refunds issued on subscription fees are at our discretion.

7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

You understand that while using FLOWN’s products and services, you will be invited to share information about your profession, work intentions and goals. The sharing of this information can help you achieve FLOWN’s purpose, of helping you be more focused, accountable and productive at work. However, participation in this is voluntary, and the level of detail you share is up to your discretion. We encourage you to not disclose more information than you would want publicly known, and FLOWN cannot be held responsible if you over-share.

Similarly, when other members share information with you, we remind you to treat their information with the same level of care and respect you would wish for yourself.

You also understand that in order for FLOWN to deliver a premium service, support you as our member, improve our offering, or run campaigns and challenges/competitions, that we need to track and monitor your usage and other technical data.

All FLOWN staff are required to adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards and pledge to maintain all records and personal information concerning the members in the strictest confidence, we expect the same of you too. You can find out more by visiting our Privacy Policy on our website.

8. MARKETING, EVENTS, REVIEWS, COMPETITIONS

We love to hear about our members’ experiences using FLOWN. We may ask you to give your views, provide feedback, share your experiences, and we may share this with others to inspire or entice them.

From time to time FLOWN will also run competitions, challenges, or campaigns, with the intention to help motivate and engage our members. These activities are entirely optional and members are not obligated to take part. Participation may involve the member submitting content, attending live events, or accessing on-demand events. And where relevant, we may film, video or photograph our members at certain events, for use in our collateral, as well as for advertising, promotions, public relations, and other business purposes.

You consent to us publishing any materials produced by or for us for any purpose without needing to specifically obtain this consent, and you waive your moral rights to receive any payment from us in relation to this. If at any time you have an issue with us, just let us know.

In the event of any competition involving a prize, the decision on the winner(s) and the prize(s) will be made by FLOWN and can’t be changed. It is understood that reviewing competition results and organising prizes can take some time and whilst FLOWN works as quickly as possible, we can’t commit to exact dates.

9. CONDUCT AND SAFETY

We expect all our members and staff to act respectfully and follow our Community Guidelines. Live experiences such as our Flocks are safe spaces for everyone, and anyone who jeopardises this may be asked to leave. In extreme cases, this could involve terminating membership without a refund.

Membership registration and participation in sessions, events, or any activities organized by FLOWN are limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

By registering and participating, members affirm that they meet this age requirement. FLOWN reserves the right to request proof of age from any member at any time to verify compliance with this policy. Failure to provide such proof upon request may result in immediate suspension or termination of the membership.

We also respectfully ask that FLOWN is not used as a platform to advertise your business or sell products to our members - this could be frustrating for some who come to FLOWN to achieve deep work.

Members are also prohibited from soliciting other members with unsolicited personal or business opportunities or competitive offerings.

Occasionally, a member, partner, or staff member may unintentionally say something that offends another person, even when their intentions are good. In such cases, we request tolerance and understanding, and we want to clarify that we do not hold any individual or ourselves responsible for any offense caused. Our primary aim is to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience.

10. BREATHWORK AND OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Breathwork is a group of exercises that teaches you to manipulate your breathing rate and depth with the goal of bringing awareness to your breath and ultimately providing the same benefits you might get from a meditative practice. It can result in a mixture of feelings and sensations for individuals, but is perfectly safe for most people.

That said, we always recommended that you consult with your doctor before beginning any type of new exercise or physical activity. Deeper breathing sessions (particularly when delivered virtually where you can't be monitored) are not suitable for pregnant women, or those with cardiovascular issues or epilepsy. Those with blood pressure issues should make this known to the facilitator.

You're in great hands with our expert facilitator, but we won't be aware of any individual conditions that may affect your experience, and therefore can't take any responsibility for your experience, or resulting impact. All members are welcome to join our sessions, but in doing so assume all risks and should consult their doctor if unsure.

The same applies for other experiences e.g. yoga, dance, energising breaks, HIIT workarounds, stretches - be they delivered live or on-demand. Members participate at their own risk and should seek medical advice before engaging in anything medical. FLOWN can’t be held responsible for any illness, injury or anything else, arising from taking part in any FLOWN product or service.

11. FLOWN TRADEMARKS

Members shouldn’t use the names, logos, colours, trademarks, service marks, photographs, trade dress, or other identifying features of FLOWN without getting prior written approval from FLOWN. We ask you to recognise that FLOWN trademarks are the valid, unique and exclusive property of FLOWN.

12. PLATFORM MAINTENANCE

From time to time we may need to undergo essential maintenance of the FLOWN platform that might prevent you from accessing your account and our services. This will be kept to an absolute minimum but we can’t be liable for any losses incurred due to interrupted access to the platform.

13. INTERPRETATION, GOVERNING LAW, CHANGES

In the event of a dispute regarding this agreement, the matter shall be referred to the CEO whose decision with respect to your membership shall be final.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and each member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

FLOWN may change the details of this agreement from time to time. If the change is material you will be notified, otherwise you will be able to always see this agreement on our website.
