To make changes to your session, navigate to the 'My Sessions' section on the community tab, and press Edit on the event.

In this tab, you’ll be able to change the name, description and agenda, settings.

Alternatively, you can cancel the session entirely via the button at the bottom of the page.

When updating the time and date of a session, it's important to note that anyone who has previously booked the session will automatically receive an email with the updated details, so double-check the time and date you’ve changed the session to, to avoid duplicate emails before re-publishing.

If a session is cancelled, the session will be removed from the public community calendar.
