We understand that mental health challenges can be difficult to face, and it’s important to know that support is available. While we're not equipped to provide direct mental health assistance, we've gathered resources that may be able to offer the help you or a friend in need.

Below, you'll find contact information for mental health services in the UK and US, & Canada. These resources provide a mix of immediate support (via phone or text) and additional guidance for ongoing mental health care.


United Kingdom

Mental Health
