While it's valuable to stay accountable to the time you commit to deep work... you can definitely still leave a session if you need to!

We know life happens, and you can't always stay for the full duration of a Flock.

If you need to exit early, simply let the facilitator know via the chat box, and they'll appreciate the heads-up.
